I think it would be great if they made action figures from the War Within comic. I'd definitely have to get Grimlock and Optimus. Anyone else think this is a good idea?

Absolutely, and the main reasons for me would be the same ones. I'd only worry that they would articulate them like Energon...

:wtf Even though they brought back G1 caracters in comics, I have to say, the War Within series featured the newest original artwork for Transformers. It was stunning. Forget Armada and Energon. For me it even beat the GiJoe crossover art. My point???uuhh... I'd love to see what they could come up with for figures..as long as they're not like those new GoBots.

I'm saying they should make figures that look exactly the way they do in the War Within comic, so they really wouldn't need to come up with anything. Unless they made figures of characters not yet seen in the War Within comic, which they shouldn't try to do unless they consult Don Figueroa, who came up with the designs for both War Within and the WWII designs for TF/Joe

yes yes yes,

i always post that i want them[on tni]

a grimlock and an optimus and ill be good for the whole year i promise

:wtf I used to have the old GiJoe Blackbird until I sold it (Please kick me) at a garage sell. After I saw Starscream was one I about s**t. Make Blackbird Starscream about a foot and a half feet long and I'll be good for two years. Actually make any of them and I'd be good two years.

I hope they do make WW toys, or at least continue with the toys with its influence, such as Energon Starscream

i would have to say due to the movie,dw,and the 80's comeback

we will see tfs we never would have seen

if the book keeps selling like it is,we will see them

if you read it,they will come........

yes the war within would be awsome in toy form they could make them as part of the universe line i'd buy everyone

In an interview or something, Don actually said that he designed the characters with real-time transformations in mind. I think that if they did indeed come out with these figures, a large majority of the griping would stop. However, you would get those crazies that will settle for nothing less than real car modes. Crazies... Anyway, I would buy each one and all the hundreds of repaints to follow!java script:add_smilie(":roll")
