Aside from the head mold, Excillion essentially is Hot Rod. Their transformaion schemes are nearly identical, plus they share a ton of small details (e.g. the three pipes on the arms, triangular bits on the lower legs, yellow spoiler, etc.).

I agree though Exillion is a bit `beefy` looking to be Hot Rod, Rodimus IMO ;)

My vote goes to Blurr as well.

Other than the exhaust pipes I don't see much resemblence to Hot Rod. The bot mode looks more like Blur.
