If Unicron was resurrected Galvatron would be the first thing he would go after. Since Galvy did try to use the matrix against him the movie. He would probably have a short lived period of sanity.

I doubt anything would change. Galvy has some wicked brain damage.

Like i said, Galvatron's brain was messed up beyond repair by his plasma bath(five faces of darkness part 2). Wait a minute I vaguely remember watching Gen1 cartoon as a kid. Didnt Starscream's ghost help ressurect Unicron? I remember he was meant to steel Metroplex's(or was it Fort Max?) eyes for Unicron but he dropped and smashed one so he had to take one from Trypticon too.

Did any of this actually happen or am I gone totally nutty??????

No it happened which is why for one wish that Unicron after the movie would be resurrected.

I've been watching Season 3 aprt 2 on DVD and I noticed that Galvatron has fired a Scourge, Cyclonus, Swindle and many other Decepticons several times. He has also punched, hit, and kicked them. He was even bold enough to slap Predaking in the back of the head.

After seeing all this I could on conclude the he was secretly 'in' with the Autobots. This is the real reason the autobots were able to survive. Had Rodimus Prime ever been faced with a real threat like Megatron, not even with Ultra Magnus and Kup by his side, the Autobots would have fallen like a house of cards.

Need proof? Notice how when the going got really tough They had to resurrect the true Autobot leader...OPtimus Prime. True even Prime had to consult the Matrix from time to time but even when face with the threat of Unicron he wasn't running around hiking up his skirt trying to do a Lazarus on Alpha Trion. :tflaugh

As Season 3 went on, it seemed like Galvatron's insanity wore off some as some of the later episodes like "Ultimate Weapon" he still beat up his troops some but he wasn't acting like he was on crack like he was in FFOD. By Rebirth he seemed perfectly sane

Hehehe....yeah but kinda too l8 by then. That's the one thing that bugged me about the cartoon glavatron was his complete lack of sanity, it was just lame.

Unicron wouldn't go after Galvatron were he revived. Unicron is so far beyond that, he exists to destroy the Universe. Galvatron would be fine if he'd just let himself be repaired.
