primal-convoy> yeah, i remember seeing that at one point too. anyone know more about that?

Nice idea, wonder if anyone customized the guns by adding a sharper plastic tip to look more like G1. Anyone?

would you still be able to fire the missle while on the arm without the minicon plug jamming the spring :tfhuh

The missle firing mechanism is not interconnected with the minicon port on the backpack. That is only to cause the launchers to flip up. There is a tab you hit to fire the missles.

A friend of mine has his set up with the noise of the plane sticking out (without the head showing) It makes it look like a Gundam/Jetfire in that mode.

No, I see what he means -- drill too deep, and goodbye spring. First pic looks like it goes all the way through, though... :tfhuh

Looks cool, but I think I'll leave mine as-is...

Ditto. I may try this on Universe Starscream when he comes out though. ;)

thanks :tftongue

EDIT: i just did it on my thundercracker and wow thas pretty cool g1 homage :Dc

I personally prefer them just as they are. Springboard and everything. Well, minus the lack of articulation range, which I'm going to have to rectify on my only copy of the mold, Universe Ramjet...
