Inspired by the Praxus Art Contest, and even though I can't enter due to not being registered with them( :tfmad ), I thought I'd do my take on two of the unsung leaders of the As and Ds.

 

So here's the two most powerful transformers ever to hold the leadership, Pyro and Clench, in reasoned, polite discussion...

What's with you? I dont see Grimlocks name on the post it dosent look like the G1 Grimlock. I dont know what your problem is but you need to fix it.

My guess would be Clench. :thumb

And you'd be wrong. The Autobot is Pyro (AKA Spark). he's the one getting punched. Clench (AKA Colossus) is the puncher. Colossus does not have the axe in the toy mind you.

 

Notice both faces also. Pyro/Spark was supposed to lead the Autobots in 92/93, and Colossus/Clench be the Con boss then. The Generation 2 Sigils are modeled right off of those toys because they came out during the UK/Canada transfer from G1 to G2 - you can get the toys in G1 or G2 boxes, and in one of two names. So, a box collector can get 4 boxes per TF.

 

Great stuff. I got Colossus in G2 box. Now to get a Pyro/Spark, le sigh...

 

They're NOT great toys though, mind you. They're bricks. Rather ugly bricks also (there's PINK on my con boss!) but they call to me. Them and the Turbomasters. Ugly colors and all.

It's okay. Almost no one knows who the heck they are, much less seen the toys so it's not like you got Prime and Rumble mixed up. ;)
