Bluestreak in War and Peace is Rattrap in disguise

Recommended Posts

I was reading War and Peace today. While I was something crossed my mind. While Ratchet is fixing up Ironhide, Gears and Bluestreak are arguing over the situation regarding Shockwave's claims about Cybertron. Bluestreak says something that reminded me so much of Rattrap. He gets to talking about the Decepticons, and he says "Once a Decepticon, always a Decepticon." It reminded me of the whole thing that whenever someone tried to reassure Rattrap about Dinobot, he always said "Once a Pred, always a Pred." Just thought I'd share that thought with you guys.

I think that was another link to G1. Like " That's just Prime".

I'm not sure about that. Primal said that whenever something happens, and it just happened to contain the add on to the name of the chosen Autobot leader "Prime", whether it be Optimus or Rodimus. This little comment by Bluestreak was in the new DW comic Vol. 2 number 1 of the War and Peace story of the new DW G1 comics. I'm thinking that this idea was formed from two things. One, is that when the Bluestreak figure was released in the 80's his bio says that he's the sole survivor of his home city on Cybertron. So he had strong hatred for the Decepticons. Two, it's something Rattrap said in situations like this regarding the enemy.

In that case, DW might be trying to hook some Beast Wars fans. I'm guesting.

Probably right about that.

especially when Ratchet and Brawn escaped from the Ark in G1 vol 3 #1. The "back door" was the entrance to the Maximal base in BW season 3. It even had a Maximal symbol on the door. The people at DW are big fans of BW, which is why I'm excited about the new mini.

Really. I haven't bought the Vol 3 yet, since they also have it in the mega book format. I plan on saving up and buying it when I have enough for both the product and S&H for it to arrive.

Big Grim, is right it does have a Maximal symbol.

Wow. Okay. Making a request. Don't spoil anymore of Vol. 3 for me, okay guys. I still have yet to order it, like I said. So this is what I'm requesting to be the last post regarding Vol. 3, but if anybody else has comments on what this thread was originally started over, then please, post your comments.

dude, why did you wait so long just to get what most of us should have ages ago (like the early issues of the ongoing series)?
