Thanks to Evac167 who has managed to snap an image from the Transformers 4 production set that appears to reveal Megatron, or his head at least, may make an appearance in the fourth movie. What's most interesting is Megatron's head is shown with a lot of battle damage mounted in what looks like a plywood box. No details on where or what context the box was placed in at this time. We can only hope this turns out to be a relic from the conquest (head on a stick) left over from the Dark of the Moon film. Get a look at the low resolution image of Megatron's head now. What, they bringing him back so he can be a set piece and be kicked around and die at the end yet again?

It looks like a set prop to me. It would be awesome if they showed Prime holding Meg's head.

But it will probably just be :bored

Sounds plausible. I would like to see a good showing for Megs seeing as he was mostly on ice in 1, somewhat subservient and lacking in 2, and just outright unused in 3.

omfg....he's DEAD! Stop reviving him so much, Bay. It's beyond tiring at this point!

I'm guessing it'll be something of his severed head just sitting in a display and perhaps the bad guys will pull an IDW where they build him a new body. Perhaps even build weapons from the technology.

Well, it's possible that the Freightliner will be Megatron. I was just reading somewhere. The colors would make sense. I would prefer they just let Megs Rust In Peace. I'd rather see Nemesis Prime as the leader of the Cons!!! I'm biased though!!
