ive got a pretty good sized collection myself but to fill in parts ive been using ebay a lot and it sounds from reading these threads that you guys are just as tired of it as i am so where do you guys usually pick up yer transformers...?

target, walmart, toys r us, k btoys, super 7 in japan town SF, bbts... ummm they have tf's at kohls but i dont buy there... toy shows... and from a friend who closed down a shop... yep...thats about it

You can try Comic Shops and if you have a local Colliseum like me, they have flea markets and twice a year they have a Super Toy Flea Market for the whole weekend.

But I usually use ebay.

local shops in CA-SF/oakland & bay area n try going to toy shows...*warning they are heavily comics and superhero stuff so finding any tf related stuff is rare...you might wanna consider traveling out of state lol*

other than evil bay I had a guy who actually was a "figure broker" and then there was otfcc...wow is all I can say

i have "the loop", a route of stores all lined up i check every so often.

there is also evilbay, but it's hard to get anything popular for a reasonable price because everyone will jump on it. i usually get my lesser wants there because sometimes you get stuff no one wants CHEAP.

if you live in SoCal there is the frank & sons collectible show every sat in the city of industry, the thing's huge, but it really depends on what vendors show up if there will be any good deals on any tf's. there are TONS of takara tf's there, though, if you have the cash.
