I think what I miss most are those times I would dedicate one day a month to go for a Transformer hunt. I always had no idea what was actually on the shelves, I'd just hop on the bus (too young to drive at that point) and visit all the stores in the area I knew carried Transformers. The Beast Wars, and Energon -HFTD era's were the best times for me as I would always come home with at least 1 new figure. Nowadays hunting is just a pointless waste of time, it used to be therapeutic, I can only find the figures I want online because retailers simply can't keep Bumblebee off any of the pegs. Everytime I look at some of my past treasures it sobers me a bit, knowing that the best days are over...

That's another thing, the hunt. Used to be where you go on a hunt and find at least 5 figures that you were looking for, nowadays you go on a hunt it takes 5 hunts just to find 1 figure. I was lucky yesterday when I found God Swerve and Wheelie. I was bored with nothing better to do while in Tucson so I hit up 2 Targets, 3 Ross's and 1 TRU and all I found was the deluxe GDOs

STill can't find those guys. Some shopping for me next week is in order.

I am just trying to find the newer figures, battle tactics bulkhead and voyager dreadwing. I keep running across freaking bumblebee. I scored skyquake the other day and some legend classic universe figs but sheesh it's like I need to stock the shelves for these people lol

Yeah, nothing new around here. I had to buy a freaking case from BBTS just to get an Vehicon and Airachnid. I called my local Toys R Us yesterday and they claim that they had received MP Thundercrackers a while back. They can't tell me when they'll get more in. It's ridiculous to say the least. I miss years ago when a trip to Walmart reaped benefits. I don't ever remember not being able to find a figure I was looking for.

saw the battle tactics bulkhead and just left him there. I have had Voyager Dreadwing for a few weeks now. and found all 4 of the GDO Scouts the day after I found the GDO Deluxes. Currently looking for Airachnid though

This past week 1 store got in only 1 case of the GDO Scouts but nothing else and the other TRU who gets their truck now on Friday got nothing in terms of TF's at all. Has anyone even seen the GDO Voyagers yet? All I want is Swerve, Cliffjumper and Hot Shot from the GDO's.

I take it you mean Hot Spot? I have not seen any of the Voyagers yet, but I am on the lookout for Hot Spot and Powerdive. Megatron just looks weird and nothing like Megatron

Yep, I meant Hot Spot. I'm glad Hasbro got that name back instead of Hot Zone. It's funny as I could care less about any of the other Voyagers and Wheelie and Springer just don't do it for me. Plus, I have Warbot Defender already.

Wheelie was a surprise for me, I wasn't going to get him, but when I saw him in person. I picked him up. I skipped on Springer because like you I already have Warbot Defender, I also picked up Swerve who is a great mold. I just do not see a point to owning a FE Cliffjumper with WFC's head.
