What WV is proposing is a fully Transformable scaled Devestator and 6 constructicons.

 

If they went out in the mail today (monday) then i imagine i will have the design pics up around Friday!

this topic is becomming like a bad case of blue balls. you get me all excited and then you send me home with a handfull of empty promises. i need some pics damnit! j/k, can't wait for this thing to get rolling.

:lol yeah, I know. Believe me, I'm just as frustrated as anyone on this, and I originated this project!!! Seems like I take one step forward, then end up falling NINE back!!!

problem is-

THAT is a statue and not a transformable figure or gestalt....

Was just thinking about a project like this.

 

Take some left over smaller BW and TF parts (ball and socket jointed) that are about the same size as the G1 constructicons and make the new joints work.  Use tricks as seen in the new Devestator to make arms and legs work (simple transform for all really).

 

Making Devestator, again use some scavenged parts from the new mergers, and some of the old to make a decent devestator exactly as it was intended.  Longhaul should be the bottom, and Hook on top, with some kind of swivel or pivot system in the middle, could use parts from the old system as a basis. 

 

Hands and other parts, use existing pieces again.  With joints borrowed from other larger transformers, say RID Magnus’s hands, or something along those lines.

 

 

Or else tear up some of these new merge constructicons, rework 2 of them to be who they should be, figure out how to make the 2 in the middle instead of steamhammer and that might work out good. 

I really like Devastator's Devastator over at Transtopia. Now if they could just produce something like his, but only larger that would be great.
