E prime is the suxxors. :tdown

E. Prime is not the best Prime but to me he is enjoyable...IMO he looks awesome combined with Wing Saber.

That's the ONLY reason E. Prime rocks, and I love it. Armada Prime's Super mode was terrible, but the Supercon version of Armada Prime was and still is the best Prime figure overall (excluding MP Prime) but that will probably change when I get Galaxy Force Prime.

 

EDIT: I forgot all about G2 Laser Prime. The color scheme was meh, but the mold itself is teh RoXXxoRZ! Fortunately, I have the RID Scourge repaint.

Armada Prime could combine with Overload!! That was the coolest. With Jetfire for legs, he could fly around with two GIANT cannons on his shoulders. His pants were pretty crappy, but Jetfire made decent legs.

After the very excellent RiD Prime I was severely disappointed with Armada Prime. Thought his alt mode was too much of a giveaway that he was really a robot. The supermode was a brick with a very weird back and I think he couldn't move even in real life (backpack and the construction of his legs preventing this). The smaller robot mode was very powerful looking, but with those thin thighs and him not begin able to see to his side because of his huge shoulders. Worst Prime ever I thought. (By now he has slowly grown on me and I like his bulky look -- even though there's much room for improvement).

 

And then came E. Prime. Arms visible in alt mode, a trailer which is absolute improbable (I think trailers will always be a huge block because it's easier to store goods in them -- besides, this construction is very un-aerodynamic, they should've reversed the angle), a fat looking robot mode with wimpy legs and arms, four extra vehicles that don't transform, a base that's basically just the trailer, and a trailer that doesn't do anything and no longer has any purpose when Prime's in supermode. The supermode does look kind of acceptable, only I don't like the colors.

 

Both aren't good (RiD Prime is the best regular Prime IMO), but Armada is slightly better, making E. Prime the worst of these two -- but not as bad as powermaster Prime.

But between these two, I will have to vote Energon Prime if we are talking the smaller TRU exclusive version. The locking points in his transformation and the joints are a little too tight to feel like it is even safe to play with him. He just isn't a sturdy toy like I have grown to expect from new Tfs. I've already had more fun with the ballpoint pen version.

 

But overall, I think that the regular E Prime and all the A Primes (with the exception of K-Mart Prime) were cool. I can't get enough of that remote trailer transformation. And the E Prime had some nice new ideas incorporated into him.

Anyways, both these Primes were totally great. I think it's unfair to say they are the most hated Primes ever, because as we've seen, there are Prime's people hate more, and also because there are several posters on these board who loved these two, and an armada (heh) of kids who don't post who think these are great.

 

In short, since both of them kick ass, neither is worse.

Are these two the most hated? How? Gobot? Sucked! Hero Prime? Sucked! BM Primal? Sucked! And yet these two large toys with a ton of playability and lots of combiner goodness get kicked in the ding-dongs? Unfair!

 

E-Prime is the better of the two.

anyway, as long as we are on the subject, i do believe that you would be in the minority on this. E-Prime was by FAAAARRRR not the best prime ever. Even excluding MP and 20th (which those two alone blow your statement out of the water).

 

In fact, if this were anyone else, i would put up a little pic saying something like "don't feed the trolls". You're blatent blasting of anyone who has a different opinion than yourself is tired.

 

E PRIME SUCKED!!!! and by sucked i mean aside from a few exceptions (like E-prowl) he is the worst of the energon toys, a line that i love.
