This is just from memory and may not be 100% accurate. Some of the music is also used later in the movie, but this just the order in which it is used first.

11. Unicron Medley

6. The Transformers Theme

12. Moon Base 2 - Shuttle Launch

4. Dare (this and Instruments of Destruction could be interchangeable)

2. Instruments Of Destruction

9. Autobot/Decepticon Battle

13. Megatron Must Be Stopped (Parts 1 & 2)

1. The Touch

3. Death Of Optimus Prime

7. Escape

8. Hunger

5. Nothin's Gonna Stand In Our Way

10. Dare To Be Stupid

Actually Instruments of Destruction played when the Decepticons took over the Autobot shuttle. This is before we see Earth and when Daniel and Hot Rod get the move out to see the shuttle when Dare starts playing.
