Review: RTS Wreck Gar Figure

Recommended Posts

I picked this guy up last week. Robot mode is awesome, but I really wish they went the Cybertronian motorcycle route instead of doing an earth off road motor bike. It just looks bad posed in altmode next to my other Classics/Universe 2.0/Generations/RTS figures cause it's so out of scale. As a Cybertronian bike, it could at least get away with it.

This is one of my favorite figures. I was able to get a GI Joe / SW / and BMW figure to "ride" the cycle. It is a little larger than my other 1/18th scale bikes I have. This figure is a must if you collect Generations! I know it's under the RTS line...lol whatevah! :roll

With that whole Inclement weather the figures took longer to get restocked I think. At least here in AZ. I think once all the shipments that were delayed by this, you will start seeing them show up.

I like the fact that Hasbro has been "throwing us a bone"...:lol with the alt head in the instructions. I actually look at the inst. now instead of just filing it away to see if there is a re-paint.

I am looking for the voyager figures, Lugnut and Solar Grapple! Also, I can't wait to find those Legends figures too.

On a side note, I've been looking out for that new Destro figure that comes with the briefcase of money :thumb

PRcon, that's why I have (or will have, someday) all my bikeformers together, such as Movie 1 Arcee, the ROTF bikes, TFA Jazz and Oilslick, Armada Sideways, etc. All roughly in-scale, some of them have GI Joes riding along. Besides another of himself, I wonder who would look good riding Wreck-Gar.

Thanks everyone! I'm deffinatly getting a Junkion repaint as long as they stick with the cartoon colors. I actually just found a Wreck-Gar this morning and I agree that he is awesome! Thanks for the great review.

Blitz - keep these reviews coming. You are like my good luck charm - every time you review something, I find it in stores soon after.
