Recommended Posts

So would anyone buy third party made Septors of Power for the Rock Lords or a Tumbler playset?

Hasbro may have grounds to ask that pictures and videos be removed... but discussions? They can't legally ban or censor discussions about an upcoming movie OR any toys. Or anything else for that matter.

I have already brought this up in a thread that got removed...(dude, check out my shiny new "Warn Status") trust me, don't go there. Instead try your luck at a fan site that somehow has not attracted Hasbro Legal attention. Hell there was a brand new thing that was posted and people are freely able to comment on.

How & Why doesn't really matter. The Tfromers team feel strongly that their hands are tied. They got some scary ass paper work from Hasbro and we unfortunately are just guessing. But instead of playing into it all; either enjoy what WE CAN discuss here or go somewhere else to discuss DOTM toys. Real easy guys!

that's not right at all.

just because you get some sort of letter from a lawyer doesn't mean that a lawsuit if next. they may just be trying to scare you.

tf2005 doesn't have any warning on their web-site... whats up?

also, let's really stick it to hasbro by not mentioning tf3 at all. even when there is a public announcement. when the movie comes out lets not talk about it. let's all not even see it (i wasn't anyways). don't buy any of the toys. if they want to play this way then let's just hit them in their pocket book.

wouldn't surprise me...

look out gigli (that's a movie) you've been moved as the second worst movie ever made.

I actually liked gigli

Ha ha, I guess that makes those of us who were able to see the photos, etc. pre-removal lucky. lolicon[1].gif

Probably because tf2005 is one of those Transfans sites that arn't that popular as the rest of us. :D

Well, I'm glad to be one of the lucky ones. :D

Well Toy Fair is in what a few weeks?, and I'm sure something will soon :tflaugh

you should keep that to yourself...

i meant to put tfw2005... typo.

which one is the most popular then?? i can't help but notice that their forum is busier than this one.

wait... you bein sarcastic yeah?

If you are speeding at 90MPH down the interstate to keep up in traffic...

...and the cop pulls you over because you were doing 90MPH in a 65MPH zone...

...and you tell the cop "Well, I was doing 90MPH because everyone else was...

...would you still get a ticket?

Think about that. Two wrongs do not make a right. Eventually, those who do not comply with legal requests will see legal consequences.

I'm still betting $5 on Toy Fair! It's become as useless as Wizard Magazine. Though I still love Twisted Mego Theater

Honestly, I am not sure what's okay to talk about and not. We were simply asked to take stuff down. It is not our job to play cop for Hasbro. We live in a free country and you are welcome to do what you like as long as it does not break the law. Like it or not, leaked images of Hasbro's property is breaking the law.

So, just my opinion here, but be smart about it. Nothing wrong with talking about stuff. But flaunting that you have connections to stuff that is said to be illegal is probably not a good idea. Hasbro will surely be checking around so don't be a dummy and do stuff that will make them mad or force us to have to take action.

I laughed when I read that last sentence. :tflaugh Sorry.

But I get the point. Nothing DOTM. Not a word, zilch, zipo, nothing nada. What is DOTM? A new Transformers movie? Really? I havn't heard anything about it.

Ok, Tfboy shut up now. :D

LMAO!!

Twas nicw to see some of the images though. I've always thought that leaked images were something Hasbro sanctioned to get everyone salivating over their figures months before the movie or toys came into the market... almost testing the waters.
