Everything looks nice... but I've been trying to keep atop these threads and I've still missed one bit of info: how big is the Hot Rod component separately? Is it basically on par with Binaltech? If so, I don't care much about the trailer, I'd just want Hot Rod...

The more Pics I see on this guy, the more I want him. At first, after hearing the price, and that there would be a cheaper US release, I was thinking about waiting for him to show up here. After seeing those transformation instructions, I am sold. I just wish I had made the pre order before the price went up $10. Procrastination will be my downfall.

Anyone know if there is a hint of a US release? I would wait if it would be released here, but WITH the trailer and everything. I'm guessing it would be like $100 - $120 if it did see a US release.

Takara is making the Trailer version only, If you buy the Takara one you get Hot Rod and the Trailer to make Rodimus Prime. Hasbro is only bringing the figure over and not the trailer. But for me the second one will be the Takara one also. Since I prefer the Takara MP's over the Hasbro ones, which in my opinion the Hasbro MP's are inferior to the Takara ones.

Don't forget there's supposedly going to be a Targetmaster with the Hasbro Hot Rod... that will probably sway me to get Hot Rod in addition to Rodimus. I'm hoping Hasbro's release will be a different shade too, like how HR & RP were different colours in the movie.
