I'd love to have a Takara reissue of Shockwave and Devastator.

 

Too bad about that Shockwave mold...wonder where it is? :wtf

 

Wheeljack & Mirage would be awesome, too.

Oh, and Motormaster!

And all the Dinobots cause they're WAY cool and I never had 'em as a kid.

Lastly, the one I really want the most is Reflector!!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Perceptor yet. He was teh cool, IMO.

 

BodyCount, G1 was cool in it's day, and there are a bunch of us who appreciate even the TRU reissues. Let's all remember, nobody would have thier Energon, Armada, Beast Wars, RID, or Universe stuff (I didn't call it crap, because I prefer not to force my opinions down the throats of others) without the sucess of the G1 line.

 

That being said, every line has it's shining moments, even if you don't like the line in general. Armada Unicron, Energon Arcee, etc... toys that bring to the shelf charachters that for what ever reason didn't see the light of day in the G1 days. So for the molds that have been destroyed or lost, we can still enjoy the charachters we love... grab a Shockblast and a few bottles of Testors, and have at it. There's your Shockwave.

 

Not that I wouldn't like to see more reissues... you would think that in a day that can produce such toy marvels as the Binaltech/Alternators line and Masterpiece/20th Prime, that SOMEONE could recreate the molds that were obviously created by someone with much less technological advantages 20 to 25 years ago. If they could make them from scratch in the seventies and eighties, why not now? And can the copyright crap, too, because I'm sure they could make enough insignifigant changes to the originals to get around that as well. Hell, the knockoff companies overseas did back then... it's only fair for Takara and Hasbro to do the same now. Can anyone say "Reverse Engineering?"

Okay, "homie". Here's my list:

 

Cyclonus, Scourge, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, Kup, Blurr, Octane, and all the combiners. I would also like Magnus to be released in TF Collection packaging. An Omnibots would be awesome.

 

I would also like the Headmasters to be released, especially the Decepticon ones.

 

For my fantasy list, it would be Shockwave, Roadbuster, Whirl, Omega Supreme, and a Deluxe Insecticon set.

 

For Takara, Trypticon can easily be released since they actually re-issued him in BWII, I think. He's called Gigastorm.

Yep. Gigastorm was a remolded Trypticon.

 

I would like to see more of the combiners, and some of the Head and Target masters.
