I cam across this one of the auctions for the new Cybertron Bumblebee Repaint. Look at how the face is painted. I think the pink on the face make it look very Arcee like. This could be a good option to replace animated Arcee head.

I guess I could kind of see it in the first pic, but it would require way too much work. I'm sure if you tried hard enough, you could turn voltron into optimus prime, but that doesn't make sense either

Meh, its a good custom tho. Take away the battle damage and its a really good custom at that.

Without the horns, do something with the chin and then fix the Princess Lea type of audio receptors on her helmet and paint. ...Yeah ...yeah! I can actually see that! Would take some work but the facial features are soft enough where the mods can be made to make the head sculpt look a lot like Arcee. Just don't forget the lipstick and high cheekbones and I think it can be done. Just can't see it being turned to a decent Arcee without all the mods to the head though but it is good for beginning structure.
