Gotta get used to fighting without a specific goal though, been playing conquest to boost up my levels and it's not quite the same when your target is standing still in one general area >_>

It may be premature to post this considering these are characters I created for the PC version -- which doesn't get along very well with my PC at all -- but I'll soon be getting an XBox 360, and I plan to recreate them on that console:

Yes, folks, I consider my Autobot and Decepticon versions of each Class to be unique characters.

So both chassis have to share the same name?...that's kind of messed up. Cause I've got a red/orange Rachet that is Rodimus, but the only Con leader is Soundwave...just seems odd that you can't rename each chassis something different.

 

I've only played Multi a little bit, can you see the name of the character or the gamertag over the player's head?

 

 

I will hopefully be getting a network adapter for my 360 so I can play a little each night online instead of having to run my extremely long Ethernet cable up the stairs.

Been trying to find a good place where I can connect with Transformer fans playing WFC like me...this looks like a good a place as any :) Loving this game but yes, I suck online currently even though I have played the demo since day 1. Currently trying to master Scientist so I can hang back and assist you guys with health. I'm not terrible as a scout but I like sniping since 1 vs 1 usually means I am dead. Assassin is the way I play.

Anyone know of a good site for strategy and tips for multiplayer? I haven't found any good support for this game on the "internets" yet in that regard.

Ill help you out if I can, what kind of tips are you looking for? I dont want to write up a whole thing on mp cause that would just take too long.

 

Scientists in mp are a little tricky to use. Their low health means you cant stand up to anyone one on one. Keep your distance and snipe or fire missiles from your vehicle mode. Their melee and vehicle mode weapons are also very powerful. They are best used in game types like Capture The Node and Power Struggle. Use Disguise to get in close and shotty enemies from behind or use Shockwave for the surprise and then shotty to finish the job.

 

If your going to straight heal, use the healing turret and sanctuary. Be sure to stay in the back and keep your healing grenades handy. They are perfect for when multiple teammates are hurt or when your about to die. That healing grenade may be just what your team needs until you can respawn.

 

My scientist that I use the most has the Shotgun and healing beam, Disguise, Shockwave, Master of Disguise, and the Shockwave booster (sorry I cant remember some of the names).

 

And above all, practice. Scientist has the highest learning curve so just keep practicing. And never fight a leader if you dont have to. They have high health and quick foot speed, just avoid them unless you have too and go after the slow soldiers or the weaker scouts. The best prey however are other scientists.

Oh hey, cool, I get off work at 4 on Saturday so... as long as I can get a copy of War For Cybertron Rented I can make it.

 

As far as a PS3 night goes, I'd suggest the Sunday the 4th, but I don't know what's going on with my work Schedule considering it's only Tuesday and they generally want me to work Sunday. Are you still looking for me to set it up?

 

I'd say Friday, but If you ARE looking for someone to set it up I am ALWAYS busy friday nights so it couldn't be me... >.>
