aha its been opened. I prefer the BT packaging over the Alt one. I noticed a chipped peice on the side of the hood. I like the fact that i got a free sticker. Do all BT come with one? Also the instruction manual is just far superior to any TF manual i've ever seen. The character transformation was very detailed. Character info and other stuff. I kind of thought the head would look a lil bit different, like the visor would be a lil bit lighter than the Alt version. Nothin is loose on this one becuase the Alt version i have, the left door shifted just by moving it and it happened right off the bat when i opened the the car door. I wasn't really that impressed since i already had the plastic version. I was just a lil impressed knowin it was the heaviest one. Besides I couldn't let MP Prime be the only die cast figure i have. But as far as buying future BT, Id probably buy just my favorite characters, and im guessing Grimlock is my next one.

Just Meister and Blue Tracks come with stickers so far.

I'm not sure what other BTs you have but meister is very susitable to paint chips and the arms fall off at almost the slightest of movements, i've found this to be the case with both my bt and alt. versions. BT tracks (yellow) is also very susitable to paint chips mainly because of his pain in the ass transformation and his inability to pose that well.

Hound, Swipe, Smokescreen, and Meister. I can see how Smokey could be problematic with his pain the ass shoulder joints, but it's been okay so far. The supposed fender scratching reports on Hound baffle me, there's plenty of clearance.

Meister does have a disturbing tendency to lose his left arm and hood, but the arms are plastic and the hood hinge is well hidden. How does that cause paint chips? And I admit I don't have Tracks, yet; holding out for blue.

Because you're never going to sell it (face it you're not), and unless you're completely content untill you're 80yo to just stare at the box, OPEN IT AND GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH!!

Seriously, it's a toy meant to be played with.

hmmm i guess i should open it then. I have an extra TFU Nemesis Prime, should i open that as well?

If its extra I say keep it in the box, just cuz it looks so damn cool in the box. I'm doing the same thing with my extra NP.

I open them all. I have no intention of trading or selling them. Which I guess is why I buy very carefully. I have very few TFs (really just starting over my collection my mom threw away) and teh few TFs I have are the kick ass ones. All Alts are kick ass no question. But I've got only one Armada TF which I liked so much that I got the wrong one, the small Optimus Prime without the trailer. My next purchases for now are going to be the G1 reissues. And I am opening those bad boys up. Too many childhood memories not to.
