I can't find the picts I had of the transformers Kabaya model Brawn that transforms like Bumblebee.

 

Anyone have one or have picts of one they can post?

What's the story with this guy? How come he's got his own decoy?!

It's the crazy Japanese company Kabaya.

 

They made all sorts of CRAZY candy toys and "Gum Kits".

 

They had a bunch of now rare (some have since been KO'ed) model kits of original TF characters.

 

For some reason they made a Brawn that transformed like Bumblebee, I have pictures of one in red. Have not seen one for a long time, but the front of the jeep pulls out and folds up like Bumblebee, the arms slide out the sides with the tires attached like bumblebee and the head pops out the back with a flap. Spare tire center of his chest.

 

They made their own decoys later, them and some other companies. The decoys are different colors and sizes than the Decoys we got and feature a lot of characters we did not get. The combiners, Ultra Magnus, Movie characters like Galvatron and Rodimus and many more.

 

I just bought a decoy from Ebay of this toy, that might be good enough.

 

That KO you showed Op Timelord is a KO of the same toy. If I find my old picts of the model kit I'll post em. If anyone else has them please beat me to it and post.

Kabaya used to be awesome. I don't like the new ones out...

I may have these pictures but maybe only of the box they came in. I will try to look up when I get home.

 

Wow I have almost nothing in the 80s, definately no FSRL kit pics.
