i nver really LIKED the GO BOTS, nor do i remember ANY of the shows,

anyhoo, i like AutobotWonko's ICON

http://www.geocities.com/autobotwonko/Girly_Prime_G1_2.txt LOOKS KINDA SEXY if you ask me!!!! nicly drawn too!! ;) ;) ;) ;)

I like the Gobots quite a bit. Some of their ideas were quite good, and I dig a lot of the visual designs - Scorp, Crasher, Cy-Kill, Jeeper Creeper, Fitor. And personally, I think Coptur was almost Soundwavesque on the "badass" scale... As toys, they're obviously not in the same league as Transformers, but they were also on a very different price point, so I have a hard time faulting them for it.

An actual crossover would probably end up more being the fodder for jokes than anything else.

I liked the fact that there were some female characters. :) Yep but the potential for fueled comedy is just too great. :)

I think the new Go-Bots show is already becoming the but of everyone's jokes.

:wave :wave Well one of the main reasons why TFs look better than the Gobots is because TFs has that mass changing size which can either be hidden or visible to add their appearance. If you look at the Gobot toy and the cartoon, they are very much true to one another. Look at Leader-1 shoulder skeleton joint, they are not hidden like the TF. The toy also show that too. Turbo - his crotch is hollowed and you could see the leg go inside. This appearance would be un-acceptabled in the TFs universe.

TFs on the other hands with their mass changing size hidden or visible feature, make the robots look more superior or bada$$.
