They're making these for updated figures, and so far there's no real Soundwave made in the Universe line, so they've probably gone with the best badass figure out there for now, UNTIL a new soundwave figure is made if at all. That's my theory anyways

Maybe an Autobot repaint with Blasters tapes heads. The retool of frenzy, Rewind and Eject. Although they have different chests and IMO arent great to go with City Commander. Just some red/blue repaints will suffice.

I wonder if they fit the average fist hole?

Classics prime had the standard fist hole, so I'd imagine these will fit in anybodies hand. Truthfully, i wonder why they just didn't make a generic Targetmaster instead of Rumble/Frenzy. Sure it's cool, but I would think a generic styling would allow them more freedom in selling repaints.

But what do I know?

maybe cause someone would jump on a well known figure over a generic?

It seems these are the GWA Sword guys, more and more, I see us getting shafted on price. At that point, you big spenders can have it.

True, it just seems to me that they would afford themselves more opportunity for redecos if it wasn't obviously somebody else.

Yeah but look at something like Battle Rollar. Awesome figure, the origional sold very well. The repaints just seem to be sitting though.

Seeming as these items aren't regular retail, the tie in seems like a safe way to go.

Personally i HATED the GOD SWords! :roll I didnt see any point to them, and my 2nd rate toys toyshop guy had them with his Fortress, and they were pretty lame for 24.99 imo. I really hope these dont even get released or hasbro blows them away by COPYING THEM :D hahahah im so evil :tfevil

Where the hell can you get the swords for only $25???

Then again, are you talking about the scaled down Masterswords, or the full sized remakes?
