Maybe I'm crazy, but if the Japanese on that picture didn't say Megatron, I would have sworn this was an upgrade of Slugslinger. The head, legs and colors are the biggest similarities.

 

Anyone else notice this?

Similar, but at the same time so vastly different. But I can see it.

they do alot alike! what's with megs having crazy colors? Takara/Hasbro have usually kept him pretty non-bright-color-extravaganza. Does look pretty cool though.

MKaster Megatron looks more like Gigatron, perhaps we wil get a Wight and Black repaint in the future?

Oh don't worry, we'll always have the G1 purists who will paint Galaxy Force Megatron into his G1 colors! :D

Meh, looks like the lovechild of the Gigatron mold and Energon Slugslinger more than a purely upgraded slugger. Just my thought.

Megs looks like Megs!

 

If megs was painted differently this thread wouldn't be here and neather would I!
