Ok, I've got the two halves of her head apart, and now I'm stuck on her "visor" assembly.

 

How the bloody hell do I get the hinge-pin(s) out without destroying her visor? I don't think the boiling water trick I used to get her ankles apart will work, 'cause the plastic used for her visor seems alot more rigid than that used for her feet... nevermind the much-larger pin heads.

 

Anybody done this before? I need to seperate the clear-colored plastic so I can paint it a different color.

I saw the title, and was going to explain.

But then I saw you ment the toy, and not the character, so my post was then worthless.
