what's up with latest Energon toys?

Recommended Posts

just got downshift, towline, sharkticon, dreadwing, shockblast, and cliffjumper today. Couple of questions:

1)why is it that most of E-formers robot modes are the main coolness? aka lame alt modes

2)is anyone's dreadwing/mirage slanted? if you line up the legs of mine, the torso leans slightly to right

3)why does shockblast's back not lock into anything. the slightest jiggle, and he taking a bow

4) any pics of the fan mode of shockblast as a gun?

thanks

As far as some of the things are concerned, I'll hold my opinion to myself, but as far as the alt modes are concerned, we have to keep in mind something. Armada takes place in 2010, which is about 7-8 years from when the toys and tv show were the thing. So the vehicle will be slightly different looking as far as those are concerned. Energon takes place about 10 years later, so the alt modes will be even more advanced, because vehicles will have "developed" drastically. But some of the Energon TF toys, for example like Shockblast, Omega Supreme, Wing Saber, and some others, are their original Cybertron alt modes, with some modifications due to time span, so they might have looked a little different than if they were showed 10 years in the Armada show. Megatron/Galvatron is supposed to be a futuristic jet not from the year 2020, but more or less, something that he saw as a good alt form in a vision from the future, or he just chose himself to look the way he saw himself as and could show others how he saw himself.
