Animated Megatron's Head

Recommended Posts

I kind of really want to turn this into Animated Megatron's head, ya know, the one that was prone and trapped in Sumdac's lab? Any thoughts? Also, anyone wanna sell me this :tflaugh

To be honest I'd start from scratch, there are just too many differencies between those two heads :shrug

On the bright side :animated Megatron has many flat surface-parts on his face, which should make it fairly easy to glue him together out of styrene parts and then simply add some details with putty afterwards. I'd start out with a ping-pong ball and add styrene bits or putty until you have the desired shape.

Shut up Klauss.

lol, seriously tho, I know nothing about styrene and I'm almost sick of hearing about it from other custom makers. I have no arts & crafts store around here! And no hobby store! go figure :/

You'd be better off taking a leader class Megatron head, removing the moving jaw and cutting away part of the helmet and reworking that rather than trying to make one from the unicron head

Your right, wonder why I haven't thought of that before. But I dunno if I can do that, itd ruin the rest of his body. Unless I can find a junker for sale. :schin

I completely agree with you on this one. I don't think the price of a brand new figure would justify doing that to the head!

You could make a foamcore/cardboard one. It'd be inexpensive and it's not like it'd look too much worse than a styrene one,. It probably wouldn't be that durable, but it'd be a display piece instead of a play piece.
