Wow.. Considering TAK did not release a single animated toy, I'm surprised theres Asian KOs for them. Man, I bet that Blitzwing is horrible.. if the original is anything to go by with its non pegging parts, that thing is bound to be broken in a matter of minutes.

if takara did do animated toys we would have all the seekers and a properly colored starscream :P

No, they were doing Henkei .. and Disney Label (which really wasn't all that different) .. if you noticed, there wasn't any TAK paint schemes out there.. and no TAK/Hasbro fanboy rants surrounding it. I think the style just really rubbed them the wrong way or something. The Japanese are really quite picky. Look up their reaction to Crash Bandicoot when it first came out in the US and was considering being released in Japan.. they literally made them go in and change his appearance for the asian market, or the deal was off. I found it to be kind of enlightening about how superfical they can be.
