I agree it would be nice to see bad females, but 'Con females aren't gonna be something I see them do much of. Maybe one...MAYBE...only if they make said Autobot female like Arcee or Elita, then perhaps. But even then Black Arachnia is the only female baddie that would be well known....except perhaps Nightbird. Hmmm...Nightbird would be an interesting Female Alt/BT...don't you think?

yes, Nightbird would be an good choice, alt design wise.

The only problem I have with the way Hasbro (or whoever) typically designs fembots is that they seem to have a need to make them look like human females, in the secondary sexual characteristics department. Most TFs just look kinda like robots (with several exceptions that do look more "manly," e.g. Optimus Prime and his "pecs" and "abs" ;)), but fembots always look like ... well, like chicks. It's just a bit weird to me. And whoever had the "girl robot = pink" idea should be shot.

 

That being said, I *do* like the Side Burn OTFCC repaints a lot. To me that's what fembots (or "femcons" as the case may be) should look like. Make them generally feminine-looking without giving them robo-boobs or anything. JMO

What the hell...? I'm seeing gobot names and HUMAN names thrown into the mix of some of those lists... >_> The other ones I don't know are most likely those freakin' micron repaints :roll And Nightbird isn't even a transformer.... >_<

 

ANYWAY, I would love to see some Alternator fembots! It's a damn shame we're not seeing more fembots in general, dammit. However, I don't like how people seem unable to just make a new character and instead demand, not opt, for G1 characters that never really existed like the Fembots under Elita-1's command. Arcee seemed like the only candidate from that whole list worth putting plastic to mold to make considering the field time she actually put into the latter portion of the series.

 

What's wrong with the OTFCC fembots aside from the fact that they're not mass produced? I would love some mass produced alternator females (preferably as new characters, new molds, etc.) just so long as they don't turn it into the kind of stuff they'd accidentally misplace in the Barbie aisles like Malibu Arcee... >_<
