Beast Wars, revived TF's in a lot of ways. Some liked it, some hated it. It took a while for it to grow me. Second Season of BW hooked me though. So who was or were the first Beast Wars toy(s) you got? Also who is your favorite BW characters from the toys or show?

Toys were: Bat Optimus vs. Croc Megatron, Terrorsaur, and Rhinox.

Shortly afterwards I got Iguanus (first one) and Rattrap.

Fav Char:

Show -- Rhinox, Dinobot, and Megatron.

Toys -- Quickstrike and Polar Claw

my first toy was primal, he was just cool, as for my fav character, probably rattrap, just cause he was a smart ass

favorite toy, that is a hard one, probably scorponok

I remember I was at a friends house when I first heard of Beast Wars. He told me he had found new Transformers at Wal-Mart, and they turned into animals. I was astounded, quite frankly, I figured G2 was going to be the last gasp of the already dead line. But he showed me the figures he had bought (Terrorsaur and Rat Trap). I thought they were ridiculous. They didn't even really Transform, you just pulled a mechanism, and bam, it was a robot. Reverse the process, and you had the beast again. I wasn't that pleased.

But then I saw the show, and it hooked me after a few episodes. These were characters I could get into. A few months after my introduction to Beast Wars, I went out and bought some figures. My first Beast Wars figures were Terrorsaur, Iguanus and Waspinator, and I continued to buy them until the line ended. I think I'm only missing like 4 or 5 figures. Anyway, because of the show and the progressively awesome toys, Beast Wars went on to become my all time favorite (thus far) incarnation of the Transformers. Huzzah!
