Thanks to "Linthart" from http://www.otca.com.au/, we finally have a first look at Leader Class Jetfire! Although the actual figure is not inside the box, it still provides excellent eye candy. Additional boxart could prove to be very spolierish, so click through to see the article and gallery at your own risk!

We have back kibble! :tflaugh

Wow, they actually made a Transformer that looks elderly. Sure, Alpha Trion has that kick-ass Fu-Manchu facial hair and Kup is as crusty as you can get, but Jetfire is actually elderly.

JETFIRE combines with Leader Class OPTIMUS PRIME

Definite buy... even though...

... it looks like an exoskeleton upgrade

Speaking of elderly, it looks like he has problems walking *points at his cane*

:tflaugh

I lost the bet!

:tflaugh

I don't know about that cane.

I I remember somebody around here was convinced that Jetfire and the Fallen must be the same character. At the time I think we mostly thought the idea was ridiculous. I'm still a long way from convinced, but the stuff sticking out of the sides of both faces is a surprising parallel.

I think I like this, but I'm not 100% sure yet.

I lost the bet!

Yes, a big congrats to Liege Evilmus everyone!

Vehicle mode looks slick. I love combiners, so if the combined mode looks good, I'll pick him up.

Please don't suck!

I'm suprised at bay here he wants realism yet he has elderly robots yet no sizechanging soundwave WTF still getting jetfire and prime

this guy reminds me a lot of universe silverbolt; plane with a folded up robot on the bottom, and a robot with a folded up plane on its back. i don't like the thought of a simple transformation like that, but, again like silverbolt, i enjoy what i'm seeing so far. that prime jetfire combination better be kick ass though for me to plop down $40 for him.
