I started collecting Transformers back in the day. My first one was Hound and then I had all the big named ones. But I moved away from my childhood home and my parents wouldnt let me bring them with me, do to space in the moving van. It was either my Transformers or my GI Joes. Oh how I regret that decsion, but hey kids make stupid choices right. Anyway since my TFs didnt come along, i never started collecting them again, until one day my wife and I were in Wal-mart and I saw one of the Beastwars line. Havent stopped since. I have almost every TF since the beasrwars line, and I will one day start getting my G1 collection started again. So to wrap up my story I love TFs and I am 29 years old.......

Transform and Roll Out

I didnt start "collecting" until beast machines... I had transformers as a kid "g1" but was in highschool during g2, I watched beast wars religiously, but the 1st figure I bought as a colector was jetstorm

Started buying in 1984. Stopped buying after the movie when they started with the new characters in season three. Started buying again in 2004 when 20th anniversary Optimus rolled out along with the Binaltechs. :thumb

I myself have been collecting for 20 years now. Started back in 84 with Megatron, Soundwave and Hound were my first figures... Kept collecting up till 88 and then went on hiatus till 96 when Beast Wars suxed me in... I started collecting them religiously ever since and started attending ever convention since Botcon 97'... :tflaugh

Was hooked as a kid, but quit being interested around the time pretenders came out. Got restarted in '96/'97 and have been a consistant collector since.

I'm 27.

My brother bought the G2 toys. During Beast Wars me and my brother were buying some toys because we liked the show (no collectors). There was no BM here so it all became quiet. A couple of years later I saw a RID Megatron and I bought it, it somehow reminded me of G2 Megs. Then the show came on T.V. and I really liked it so I bought more toys. Since then I became a fan and now I am a collector.

I'm 13 years old ;)
