i want to see a colored truck mode

Alt mode is slooooooooowly progressing, if not, then none at all. I want to hurry and paint this damn thing already.

 

I redid the Rodimus Prime mode, I might actually just leave out the Fat Rodimus mode. It's might be hard to tell in the pic because of the angle, but I managed to get him to grow a few cm from Hot Rod to Rodimus Prime, that is without extending the heels out which will increase his height a little bit more. Extending the heels out will keep it from falling when I attach the backpack.

 

Here is what I have so far with shotty painting.... I think I'm gonna give it the battle damaged treatment, just to hide the craptastic paint, like I did with that G1 Battle Damaged Optimal Optimus

 

 

 

It looks nice and seems to be coming along nicely! I would agree that the arms look a little on the short side. Other than that it looks cool! :tfgrin

The only things killing it for me are in the vehicle mode. The forward swept wings, multiple unused wheels, and the big black area that just seems to shout "LOOK AT ME!" aside from that it's looking really good. Keep at it though you'll get it arranged nicely you just need to look at from different angles.

The painting looks good the design just needs some fiddling keep at it. It is coming along nicely. Look at my BT Rodimus Prime I haven't picked it up to work on it since April of like 06 or 07 because I know what I want to do with the rear of the truck I'm just not sure how to get it there. Every sketch I do just doesn't seem to work out. I will get it sooner or later if I don't keep getting distracted by way too many other projects ie. Defensor, Computron, Blitzwing, Cl Metroplex, Cl Fort Max........

 

Anyway just keep at it.
