I've got galvatron, but it's still the same issue. Just gave up trying after about an hour, shoved him back in his box, and chucked him in a storage box.

 

I think Rampage's tank mode would be a close second. I managed to get it right once, but the darn treads stayed on for about 5 minutes before slipping. :shrug

It's not the crab legs that matters, it's his pincers & tank treads that makes me goes :argh most of the time.

BW - Rampage easily.. but I'd give honorable mentions to Op Op.. some modes I still haven't got prefected yet. He kind of annoys me with his arm shields and stuff.

RiD - For me its getting Omega Prime to form. It looks great when you have it right, but it takes patience.

 

Alts - Wheeljack/Grimlock for much of the same reasons mentioned.

 

Movie - Leader Megatron .. I have yet to figure out how to get the legs to fold up like they're supposed to. and it might not be so much that he's hard, it just seems like nothing is ever right with it.

 

AEC G1 and Animated ommited because they're pretty simple and intutive for the most part.

Rampage's tank mode isn't hard once you know what you're doing. I mean, I've figured it out without the instructions! :P

I remember while I was transforming Rampage, I had a really hard time with one of his shoulder joints. I don't remember what it was but I couldn't make a peg go into a slot. I thought it was broken and returned it.

It became fairly easy once I realised that all the joints are at 90 degrees for tank mode, even though they look like they could work at 'looser' angles. The annoying bit was the claw undersides sticking out to the sides. They didn't look like anything useful - maybe a tank-dozer blade or something.

What?! I never had any issues with that. The threads work and everything.

The most annoying fig for me is Alternators Mustang mold. The arm/door combo make Universe Prowl look like transforming G1 Prowl.
