My reasons for winning the N95 loaded with Transformers:

 

I don't know how to say this but... I'm kind of a big deal.*

 

Friends, family, and coworkers listen to my opinions. With the N95 and Transformers pre-loaded, I can easily show EVERYONE I KNOW why they should be downloading this game, and gifting it to EVERYONE THEY KNOW as a great holiday present. That could potentially be A LOT OF PEOPLE!

 

I may be able to do that right now... BUT... seeing the game running super-smoothly on a new, beautiful N95 will be SO AMAZING, that they'll have no choice but to buy it themselves and spread the good word!

 

Now, my falsely inflated ego aside... did you know that my winning this contest has been determined by the fates?

Okay. Well, I can see you're still skeptical so I'll try to explain...

 

1 - I've been stuck on a Sprint plan FOR YEARS and my contract is up next month allowing me to move to a new provider that supports the N95!

2 - I'm moving to a big city for the first time next month, and the N95's GPS will help me from getting lost all the time!

 

3 - I cannot afford to buy a new point and shoot camera (see #2), and LOVE taking photos on the go. The PnS I do have is a 2 megapixel Canon from '04 and is too clunky to have on you at all times. Because of this conundrum I vowed not to buy a new cellphone or camera until I could afford a model that does both well (and affording one is far off for me). With this N95 I will finally put a great camera in my pocket at all times!

 

4 - I can't use the internet at work (I know... unimaginable!), but the N95 doubled with Transformers the game, will finally bring both FUN and THE INTERNETS to my work life!

 

5 - I still believe in things like winning contests! I'm sure neither of us wants to be part of eroding simple beliefs like this.

 

Listen, I'm a technophile, and massive Transformers fan, and I honestly can't think of anything cooler than winning this Nokia N95 loaded with Transformers the game!

i should win this phone because i am still using a piece of crap samsung from 4 years ago. i got an upgrade last year for a razr, but it got run through a washing machine cycle, so im stuck.

i had to play with one hand because i was touching myself (yes i enjoyed it that much)

Hey, this is my first post here. Though I like to read, I tend to keep my opinion to myself. Anyway, I'd like to win just to get the game. I don't have a cell-phone. I never really wanted one, but after playing the demo, I'd really like to get a phone just to try more of this game. That and the chance to finally call in to the contests I hear on the radio driving to work would be my two best reasons to win.

I should win in the Glu Mobile Transformers G1 Awakening game for 3 reasons.

 

1) I'm one of the most active editors on the Wiki, and getting the game in my hands means it will be better documented, and the more people reading about cool stuff in the game, the more people will want to buy it.

2) I could use a new phone.

3) I like puns. And bad puns make everyone's life a little better.

Finally- even if I don't win...

Is there any chance I could put some questions to anyone involved in developing the 2007 Transformers Glu mobile game? I'd really love to know (for example) the proper unit names of the Decepticon drones for the wiki. (Usually decompiling .jar's yields some joy in that respect, but not in this case...)

 

(Well, and I'd like an explanation why Barricade was harder to beat than Megatron. I mean seriously.)

I played the demo and wanted more. I tried to play the full version on my Sony Ericsson W300i but half the game wasn't there. If I won the phone I would give my current phone to my wife since her tracfone does not work properly and she wants an upgrade. Either that or I would donate my current phone to a charity if my wife decides to stick with pay as you go.
