I know I'm getting ahead of myself since Sideswipe & Ricochet are yet to be released in the States, but what would the next logical reissue be? Wasn't Astrotrain shown at the OFTCC, or was that just a rumor I heard???

That's what I heard... I haven't heard anything in a while, though. This Toys 'r' Us financial business has me worried about the state of reissues, considering that they only did two for series VIII and one (Ricochet) for series IX...

 

I hope we see the rest of the original cars at least, before we're through! Takara had previously released molds for Ratchet, Ironhide and Trailbreaker, so I imagine we'll see them soon, if all goes well. Problem is, those are kind of boring 'bots, so maybe they'll throw in Sunstreaker, Mirage and Wheeljack alongside them next year as a surprise. Oh yeah, and Hound.

 

... And the Insecticons and Soundwave. They'd be pretty dumb not to release those ones Stateside.

I'd like to see more post movie reissues like Galvatron or Scourge.

If Hasbro's taking notes from Takara, then maybe it's combinertime for the USA. A Devastator set would be nice.

 

But since Holland doesn't get the commemorative series, I really won't care anyway.

Next year they really should get their rears in gear, No more PowermasterPrime.(god, where did that one come from, they should be doing the original robots before him.) But anyways, hound, sunstreaker, ratchet, ironhide, and wheeljack would be nice. But what about something more? Some cooler ones. Grimlock, soundwave, and (cross your fingers) a fortress maximus. :tflaugh

I thought I heard there wouldn't be a Soundwave reissue due to a drop test failure.

 

I think the TRU/US line of reissues is pretty much on its last legs. Maybe Astrotrain and maybe Hound, then it will be done.

Probaly we will get a repaint of wheelie named Bodycount.

I'm really hoping for thouse two, as I've read you post before about it and am just waiting for it to be conferemed by Hasbro (have even past on opertunities to get Ramjet as I want a fresh reissue). Fingers crossed

Fort Max didn't pass the drop test either. That's why we didn't get him in the RiD line and Japan got him in Car Robots.
