Today, we are going to read and review the animated Transformers: The Movie. Released in August 1986, this Marvel and Hasbro collaboration was the split between the second and third seasons of the animated series. My name is Anthony Gaud, and I was part of the original team that created the Beast Wars toy line and TV show at Hasbro 30 years ago. I was a lead toy designer at Hasbro, Cincinnati and then subsequently the Beast Wars Art Director at Mainframe Entertainment, Vancouver. First and foremost, I would like to congratulate the director and the team on the upcoming Beast Wars-based movie, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. It is truly an exciting time for fans of the franchise, and I am extremely eager to see our creation come to life on the big screen. However, I am sad to report that although we tried to get the OG toy and TV team invitations to the movie premiere o…

Finally made to the Michael Bays film in my review marathon.

This was an older post I did a while back, but I wanted to share it anyways. Hope you enjoy the video!

Title says it all .

If hasbro, paramount would have keeped the original writters (forgot their names) i'm sure the movies would be alot more faithful to the source material because if i remember correctly they actually cared about the franchise unlike krueger but i have faith in the writters room.tell me what you guys think below.

Did he make anyone else besides me really want to Oreos?

Transformers Spotlight: Grimlock is the ultimate wildcard. The Dinobot leader has the power to decide the fate of Earth almost singlehandedly. His ferocious strength makes him a devastating force in battle. If that strength can be focused and harnessed for good, it could be enough to turn the tide. If not, it might be what seals Earth's doom.

Being such a huge transformers fan. its kinda ironic that I have YET to see the Age of Extinction movie. BUT I AM GOING TO TONIGHT!! In the meantime, I've put together a stopmotion battle with a little classic twist featuring Optimus & Galvatron! Hope you guys enjoy it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ip1cZUWNo0

I don't know if this has been already discussed (I'm new around here) but I would like to submit what I think is a reasonible amount of evidence to suggest that the Autobot refered to as "Hound" is actually Bulkhead. 1. His alt mode is HEAVILY reminicent of Animated Bulkhead 2. In DOTM, Ultra Magnus was used as a code name to conceal Sentinal and Blitzwing for Shockwave. 3. The most conclusive (in my opinion) is this picture that has shown up on set. If you substitute a beard for Bulkheads giant jaw and stick a pipe in it, you can very clearly see old Blulk's mug in this picture. Knowing how Bay likes to reinturprit characters, this isn't a huge leap. Thanks for y…

Get a look at the uptown theater in Chicago where the crew is filming a Texas scene witht he Alien gunship, and Stanley Tucci in the e-Jet. Shockingly enough this Decepticon prop was not used, however it was inspected by Michael Bay for some reason. Watch the This video shows the size of the weapon. Watch all three clips below. http://www2.irm.org/blogs/archives/1557-Photo-Ops-September-7,-2013.html Trainformers at long last?!?! God I hope so! I mean why else would they feel the need to film at a building with a lot of railroad tracks in it?

A Chinese-made car is set to make its international movie debut in the fourth "Transformers" film next year in a product placement aimed at raising the profile of Chinese models abroad. The Trumpchi E-jet, a sleek, plug-in electric hybrid developed by state-owned Guangzhou Automobile Group Co Ltd (GAC) , will feature in "Transformers: Age of Extinction", the fourth in the popular movie franchise due for release in mid-2014, said two people close to GAC, based in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou.
