With Hurricane Rita becoming a category 5 and heading for Texas, it kind of leaves this year's Botcon in serious doubt. :tdown

I don't know if anyone think of about the name of transformers.( i only point G1) today, i wanna discuss about optimus prime. well, we all know the offical name for this great leader is Optimus Prime.but we can also named convoy. now, i want to lightly to analyze why have op. i look up the dictionary, optimus from Latin, means "the best',a pontiff named optimus maximus; Prime means " the first", so we can see from animation, OP really a good leader of carbot. but why have the name "convoy"??i think may be from his car mold

I just happened to see the 1st ep of Cybertron(Galaxy Force) yesterday(havent really followed Cybertron on CN. ) But as I was looking at the various pics of upcoming toys like Master Galvatron, and Soundwave, Why is Soundwave part of the group X. what does the X stand for?

...will this pave the way for other TF series to get digital versatile disc'd? Mainly stuff like RID, Headmasters, the Japanese Beast era shows, etc. I realize they'd probably just subtitle HM, Victory, and Masterforce, but if the rights-holders to these other series would show ANY interest in giving us these "lost" series on shiny little discs, it'd be nice and all. Though I doubt it'll happen, it's still a slim possibility.

Anybody have an archive of Matt Nelson's Super Deformers? I found like 10 on my computer, but i'm looking for the rest of them. Anyone know a site that still has these archived?
