Got in the much talked about box set today and popped the first disc into my DVD player. I must admit that it is a lot better with the original audio restored. The voice acting for that show was awful and though it is odd listening to Japanese voices it is a lot more tolerable than the dub. I did not expect much of this box set but now it looks promising. I think I might even learn to like this show. Of course the stories will have to be good but I think it will deliver. However I remain sceptical about the latter shows as the stories depart more and more from the style of the US cartoon. But I can safely say that this set is worth owning and that every Tr…

Dont think many guys in the USA will have seen one of these, its the lotus exige and a road car and it is small so would be perfect for one of the smaller autobots like Cliffjumper. Licensing shouldnt be a problem as GM own lotus, only fear not many people in the world outside the UK know what it is (The Elise, a much toned down version is coming here soon though)

When Unicron turned Megatron into Galvatron, we're all led to believe that he was "suped up". In the Marvel comics, Galvatron kicks Megatron's but. However, Megs was still zoning out from being linked with Ratchet at this point. If Megatron was functioning at 100%, and Galvatron wasn't nuts, who would have had come out ahead? I was thinking about this yesterday, and wanted to see what everyone else thought.

I picked it up last night, and really was impressed by it, other then the animation for the menus. After what I have seen in previous releases I was really disapointed with the limited amount of menu animation. Also I didnt know that Predaking was in the return of prime, I was really suprised to see him in the American cartoon. Good picture, great sound, worth the trip to the movie store.

The NFL satire site ProFootballMock.com ran a mock article today about how Cleatus the Robot, who is the mascot for Fox's NFL series, was suspended indefinitely for having an affair with an underage Bratz doll. No, I'm not making this up. So why post it here? Well, it seems that Cleatus hangs out with a certain other robot who would only identify himself as O. Prime. Gee, wonder who that is? If you have a sense of humor, you can check out the article here. You'll find O. Prime's quote 2/3 down.

I've noticed they've got a couple of questionable tech specs entries. For example, I think it's pretty obvious that Skywarp and Starscream has their numbers switched (Starscream is not Skywarp's subordinate.) Has anybody picked up any other errors (besides spelling errors)?

Anyone ever have problems finding all combiners to form the super robot ??? Of course i'm talking about your childhood years, i remember i needed the head Aerialbot and had to travel close to 150 miles just to get him. That wasnt the only lengthy trip i had to take though to find other Combiners. Many other trips were taken just to collect all Combiners. However, They weren't that long of a distance. I'd say 20-40 miles average. It just seemed 1 store woudnt carry all the individual combiners to form the respected super robot unless you got very lucky or the gift set was avaliable. So how many of you respected Transformer fans had to travel as a kid to get all your fa…
