Hola: My apologies if this sound as spam, but I wanted to share this finding with you - besides, its ON TOPIC. Yesterday (this morning at 12 past midnight, to be accurate) I visited the Antartic Press Website and to my surprise they're about to release a guide about drawing robots called You Can Draw Transforming Robots. I checked the preview page and so far this guide seems to have potential. The examples are the typical geometrical figures shapen and organized to goive the robot form. Then details are added until the work is finished. The funniest thing is that one of the examples looks like Optimus Prime (see attachment). :eek On the preveiw there i…

Okay, just as the topic says.... what is yours.... voice actors and the characters. The obvious first two- Optimus Prime- Peter Cullen Megatron- Frank Welker Ultra Magnus- (here is where the problem may lie with some) Neil Kaplan. Galvatron- David Kaye Starscream- Michael Dobson Ironhide- Gary Chalke Cyclonus- Daniel Riordan( but a as a starship, not some cheesy helicopter). Rodimus- Paul Dobson But you get the general idea.... so continue. Yes, this is a fanboy thread.... so get the f*ck over it!

All of this talk/flap about McDonohough (I know I misspelled that) and Patyk leaving Dreamwave and Saraccini taking over the G1 series made me think about an article I read in Wizard (I believe) a while back. It talked about how Dreamwave and Marvel had reached an agreement that would allow them to share their respective talent pools when it is beneficial to both. This is why Pat Lee is pencilling the upcoming "X-Men/Fantastic Four" mini, and why John Ney Reiber (a Marvel exclusive scribe, I believe) wrote both "Transformers/G.I. Joe" and "Killzone" for Dreamwave. Now, this got me thinking--could it be possible for a Marvel writer to do a guest arc or even a new mini…

When will the DW BW comic be released, and how often do new issues come out? Can I get a ball park figure for the cost of an issue?

Dream Wave's message board have been hacked... http://www.dreamwaveprod.net/Forum/index.php gues someone didn't care for Warlands?

I saw on unicron.com where they had a few bios from the armada characters taken directly from the dreamwave series. Is there anywhere online where these bios-- Armada, Energon, G1, etc can be found? They seem to be better written and give better insight into the characters than the Marvel ones did for G1.

Just a few things... I picked up G1V2 yesterday, and it was like reading it for the first time all over again. it was great! (i have all the single ishes, but i haven't read that far back in a while). Here's my question - Shockwave came to Earth to bring back the Earthen TFs, and his squad was composed of all the Triplechangers except Springer. Was his absence due to his position in Hot Rod's group, or was he not a TC yet? I don't believe we've seen his road mode (though I could be wrong). Here's another question - When Soundwave met Starscream in the monitor womb, Screamer tossed him a tape - Ratbat, which transformed, screeched a little, and well t…

its the one with prime on the cover art holding alita ones lifeless body. is he actually crying because thats what it looks like just beneath his optics and through the face plate when it comes to the slight stain under each eye. not that him crying would actually surprise me as ive always thought the transformes had much more in common with us then not as a sci fi race. so differant and yet so very much the same. my guess is this issue would have served as a pivotal point in the war for prime. her death would destroy him from the looks of it if anything this could explain why she was never in the 80's movie because it looked like they were gonna explain wha…

A post just appeared on BWTF.com that says No official comfirmation, rumor so far.

Has there been any word about a G1 MTMTE TPB? Or do you think demand has slowed enough that DW just won't put out any more TPBs?
