  1. Started by Giant Robot,

I got bored last night and started messing around with my Blackout and Brawl figures, plus some 1/72nd modern US Marines; aside from the discovery that you can make Blackout transform just like he does in the movie, I thought I'd broken Brawl - but it turns out the M1 Abrams bits on the back and sides of his lower legs are designed to swivel back 45 degrees, thus streamlining them slightly and revealing a bit more robot detail. Just like the fact that you're supposed to rotate his ancillary turret so the barrels are facing up off his back, this isn't mentioned anywhere in the utterly useless Hasbro instruction sheet... Anyone else discover this?

  2. I'm not sure which one to get. I've just ordered Leader Class Megatron from Hasbrotoyshop five minutes ago using a 10% coupon since my mother gave it to me (she got it for ordering the catalog). Now, I've got enough cash on me to purchase a deluxe figure, so I'm wondering if deluxe Brawl is the right size in accordance with some of the other Decepticons (namely considering Bonecrusher and Blackout have pushed the scale size down a little bit thus throwing it off with Brawl/Starscream/Megatron/Barricade. I think I read somewhere that Deluxe Brawl is in scale with Bonecrusher (who in all scale respects should be about Prime's size, maybe a little smaller. If it…

  3. http://www.sunnyshineup.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=456 i for one like this mold, he looks like win, and has tons of sculpted detail. Looks to be plenty posable. Oh and his headlights look to be part of that 'Auto-morph' gimmick. :clap

  4. Started by FordGT,

I know this figure has been photographed a lot, but I really wanted to share my photos with you guys. This is the best movie figure, without a doubt, in terms of actual likeness to the movie character. Nicely done Hasbro.

  5. Are these out, or does anyone know when they may be hitting retail?

  6. Started by darkie,

Hello, I'm new to TFormers, so sorry if this is in the wrong section. My Sideswipe's knee caps (the blue mecha-Alive parts that move when you bend the knees) stick out of the undercarraige in car mode, such that I can't roll it around properly. i mean, I don't play with it, but it's annoying when I do that. The front wheels are "lifted off" the ground whenever i try to roll it. It's gotten so bad that some detail on the kneecaps have been rubbed off. is there any solution for this? I'm sure I transformed it correctly. Thanks. EDIT: I uploaded some pictures, side view, and bottom view. You can see the kneecaps sticking out from the bottom.

Sorry if this is old but does any one want a deluxe size WST design Prowl? I didn't think so. http://cgi.ebay.com/MOSC-Worlds-Smallest-T...1QQcmdZViewItem

  8. Started by Hip-Hoptimus Rime,

I was checking out Skorps yesterday, and realized what a truly great scorpion mode he has! Great mech bits, coloring, and markings. About those markings, tho, they say stuff that you might expect to see on a jet rather than an alien robot scorpion: "CAUTION FUEL", "RESCUE", and similar things. Why is this, exactly? The markings are very nicely applied, too, but they seem wasted on this fig- Brawl, Blackout, Bonecrusher, or SS could have used them to much greater impact instead IMHO. Sadly, Skorps lost out for my money to Voyager Ratchet. A little plain but still a badass. If Skorponok had some kind of halfway decent robot mode I would get him, but I can't ever…

Transforming Wreckage back to alt mode, I noticed that the thigh guards still open.. which lead to an attempt to get his swords to fit INSIDE the via the rear door & open thigh compartments ... which lead to noticing that the weapons FIT onto the thigh guards! ..I wonder if the weapons can be holstered there in bot mode?
