Upgrades

Ok, guys, I need the following answers staight out, and what brands to use and work best. 1. best plastic bonder/really strong glue 2. best plastic/what to form (plastic) pieces with 3. best paint/marker-will take a lot of effort to get off 4. best thing/glaze to put on paint to keep it from coming off 5. best carving tool-I take it the dremel thing works good? 6. best (ball) joint tightener-something that won't flake off when you move the joint Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know what type of cardstock size or wheight is used on the G1 boxes???

I just found Rescue Ratchet, and was planning on making my greenish/yellow Ratchet into Ironhide. I have never done a complete repaint. Only touch up painting. And I need advice on how to go about doing it. I really want to do this repaint. Should I take it all the way apart? I bought the Testors enamel paints, and 2 cans of sealer. Please help advise me on this. And when it is done I will post pics on here. I tried as Seibertron.com for help and nobody had any advice. So I have joined this site with hopes of receiving help. you'd be wondering what the cybertron wars is?it's an energon sub-series i'm working on.featuring soundwave ratchet ironhide blaster twincast and maybe even more,it plays on cybertron,in a very 'unwellknown' city,there are no autobots or decepticons,just good guys and bad guys,you'll read it in fanfics as soon as some of the kitbashes are ready.you'd possibly wanna post something,well feel free to post messages

Hey, Not sure if this subject has been discussed, I'm currently working on a Hot Rod Kitbash. I'm using a 1/100 scale Gundam model for it's joints and a 1/32 scale model Lamborghini Diablo. I would say that I'm 43 % done, but I'm unhappy with the results. I would say my project looks more like Sideswipe than Hot Rod. I want to make my kitbash like the cartoons. So I've searched all model cars and the Lamborghini is the closes thing to Hot Rod alt form. I'm thinking I should just make the whole thing, start from scratch. I have the transformation jotted down, very close to the cartoon. My question is, what kind of plastic should I use for the parts? Would styrene suffice?…

Hi there. This one was on my shelf many months, and finally I finished it. First I applied some yellow paint to the windows, but the paint was bad and the result was a mess. So I had to scratch the paint away (that's why in the pics you can see some rough surfaces) and start over. I built the guns with some tiny pieces of plastic and drilled a hole in each hand so he can hold them. Some Minicons and LOCs can hold the guns too. Sorry for the bad pics, I have a not so good light source. Hope you like it.

I'm doing some minor, minor alterations to a few alternators, and I'm purchasing some faction labels from reprolabels. My instict is to get clear backings, but it seems like silver would keep the color best. Does anyone have experience with the clear labels? Any further reccomendations?
