Here is a mostly quick video showcasing my Custom PCC Menasor. I chose the Animated Stunticons as the inspiration and had a great deal of fun painting this guys. The front bumper attached to Sideburn's shoulder cracked in half at the ball joint socket. I super glued it back together but couldn't get it to fit the ball and the car at the same time.I decided to cut the tab off the shoulder and glue the bumper to the car hood, making it one large piece. Some have complained about his transformation and kibble, so maybe they would like to try this out. It makes him more of a shellformer, but the front is much easier to transform.The same method may work for his roof. I'll try it out IF that breaks as badly... View the Custom Gallery Here

I tried painting my first custom but it scratched off easily it was testors acryl is this the best paint if not what is?

i bought the e-hobby reissue clampdown because i really like the police themed diaclones, but once it came my red alert looked crap because it is the EXACT same toy with inferior stickers and paint apps (imo). i cant take credit for this idea, i saw someone on ebay selling a red alert with a g2 sideswipe head, and i decided to get a parts g2 ss and a red alert reissue and do a full swap for the white legs and red parts. i was gonna make him anime accurate (white legs red head but black fists, lower leg, and waist) but this way makes him less mistakeable for clampdown.

So I just bought Universe Sideswipe, and intends to repaint him into Stunticon Breakdown. Along with Universe Prowl into Stunticon Dead End. And since I'm new to these kind of stuffs.. I wanna ask a few questions to fellow kitbashers here.. Any ideas on removing the pins & wheels on both? Also, specifically on Sideswipe's case, his inner mechanism ain't that hard to be reassembled again, right? Maybe few questions will follow up later once I get to work on it. Hey guys. Basically, I have a spare Universe 2.0 Acidstorm, and if nobody wants him in the next week or two, I´m going to attack him with a paintbrush So what I want is for you guys to help me come up with a new colour scheme for a seeker. If you like, you can send in digibashes, stories, profiles...Whatever about this character idea you have. I may even pick one of your ideas for making this figure. So I just got a G1 Swoop off of eBay that's quite craptacular, but it was cheap. I've seen the tips about people laying a layer of clear nailpolish on the ball of 20th Prime's akle joint to get it to tighten up a bit, so I thought I might give it a try with Swoop. I got Wet n' Wild and it seems to work, but you have to apply a fair amount of layers to get it there. When i was at the store I called my girlfriend to ask which brand I should get and she said that the cheap ones go on thinner, more expensive goes on thicker, so I opted to get the thinner one, as you can always put on more but never take any off. Anyway, you guys/gals have a favorite brand? Should …

Trying to swap a couple Alt heads around and I can't get Dead En'd off. I took out the screw, but it looks like there's a tab in there. How do I go about getting it off without breaking it? Thanks to anyone who can help! Chris
