  1. Started by Satan's Camaro,

I just got E. Dreadwing today, and I am really impressed by this guy. Even though the color isn't gray (as pictured on the box), he still looks very nice. It's more of a blue-grayish tone, and more uniform than the color scheme on Mirage. I still like the deco on Mirage, but this one looks more menacing IMO. The deep red for the eyes adds to this effect. But the best thing about this one is...he came with the battery cover! :clap (my Mirage didn't, in case you were wondering.) So, any thoughts?

I've been poking around for a while now, but I can't seem to find him anywhere. Has his particular wave hit stores yet, or did it just breeze on by without me noticing?

  3. Started by PuertoRiCON,

I'm loving the package and the retro box cover. Quick question though, not sure if this has been discussed but am I the only one who noticed Blaster's legs not being the same color gray as the original. I have a vintage Blaster in storage so I haven't compared the two yet. The re-issue Blasters legs are more tanned/sand color and not the silver/gray color I remember. Anyone else notice this? I didn't get a chance to take pics cause he arrived as I was getting ready to go to work. Will post pics later tonight if I can.

  4. Started by SentinelPrime878,

I just recently found and purchased this very cool and rare transformer figure! I have looked and looked and finally was successful! This figure is from the Japanese Beast Wars II toy line. This line is where Autobots are called "Cybertrons" and the Decepticons are called "Destrons." This particular figure is a Cybertron named X-5 Tako Tank. It is HUGH! The box it came in was 17 inches long and 10 inches tall! Some of it's features are: It has two black levels in the back you can pull on to make the tenacles move up and down and brag things. It houses in its mouth a water reservior and squirts water! He comes with a partner named Ikard, looks like a squid. He rides a mo…

Ever since the release of smokescreen in the US, Alternators has been going stronger than ever; now it has 7 figures under its belt. The lastest one to appear on a store shelf near you is Meisters, and here is the review. Vehicle mode: When I heard the RX-8 was going to be an Alternator, I was really exicited 'cuz this Mazada model sports car just has one of the best design in the current market; Meister has meet many of my expectation on this level. It's a 2 door Sports car with 2 little passenger doors behind the front doors, a new feature in Alternator cars. This time meister's gun is not an engine but rather part of the exhaust pipe. Minor problem on thi…

  6. Started by My Alt. Mode Sucks,

He's great. In spite of all the Prowl-bashing half the board was doing several months ago (myself included :redface), I like him. Definitely cool. He's got a transformation that's challenging, as is the case with all Alts/BTs, but unlike some (COUGHCOUGHWHEELJACKCOUGHHACKCHOKESUPALUNG) it isn't overly complicated. Love teh billy club (though the term "Blight Stick" amuses me), the gun is...uh...not the best gun-molded-from-engine I've ever seen (probably to make the whiners at Honda happy :roll), but I can live with it. The lack of articulation in the legs doesn't bother me much (after all, I still like Sideswipe, and he has even LESS articulation there), and overall, the…

  7. so yeah i got this guy cuz he was small and blue, it look cute. haha. so yeah. great looking bot mode, but like his legs... they don't do anything. the worst, i'm still gonna call them omnicon, ever. i've like how in energon all the omnicons had some of the best articulation of all the toys in the line. in cybertron, ranscak and whatever they named jackshot, have great movement. i still love scattershot, but sad about the legs. when i saw pics of it i thoguht he legs cold move cuz like hte shape of hte hips... they looked like tiny racheting joints so that at least at the hip he would be able to move his legs. i'm Starscreaming to has bro about this. haha anyone know hos…

  9. Started by bluestreak1701,

I was adding some reissue stickers to my G1 smokescreen the other day and noticed that there was a number 38 on the hood where the instructions said to place the autobot symbol. I'm not sure if the original I have is a hasbro or takara (as I haven't got it to hand at the moment) but does anyone know the difference between the ones with numbers and the ones with a plain hoos, which I've seen in many pictures while trying to find info. Thanks.

  10. Started by Backfire,

A few months ago, I was looking at lots of TF parts in search of something to customize. I found hidden in a lot of parts and junk the cockpit to a blockman set, along with some other parts. I bought the lot and found the unit had a couple surprises for me. First off, it still had the little driver inside, a solid piece humanoid all chromed. After doing some research I found it was called a Drone, and is the same size as a diaclone driver. The second thing I found was hidden in the back of the cockpit was a robot head which popped out. This inspired me to go into storage and find my collection block of loose diaclone men, about 30 or so. Having no accessories a…
