So I found the new Universe 2 pack figures at Target tonight. Upon finding Overbite and Repugnus the box said they were both Decepticons. Repugnus however has an Autobot Symbol on him. Is this a factory goof or are they all coming like that?

at first, i figured it would be something like a Sweep drone. but since e-hobby repainted Kup and Wheelie into Orion Pax and Dion then they could very well go with Alpha Trion. i guess it all depends on how well-known A3 is in Japan.

Hello I have a question for thouse of you in the know. What is the deal with Swerve. I really want him but can't find him. I also fear he will be a very limited run as for some reason he is shipped with all old figures. So my question is, is he a limited run or will he also be in later waves (I know he's not in the wave with Decepticharge). So whats the deal.

it doesn't look anything like G1 Pepsi Prime. G1 PP was just a regular G1 Prime with a sticker on the box, which was otherwise indenticle to the box that the regular Prime came in. there was also a much rarer "international" version that had large stickers on the sides of the trailer to make it look like the kind of trailers that real life trucks haul Pepsi around in. unless the new PP is based on some obscure japanese G1 promotion, i really don't think that calling it a reissue is appropriate. to me, this is just an all new promotional tie-in.

Well, I know how much Diecast matters to some but since some Predakings was made with all plastic in 1986 (as well as a version with both plastic and Diecast parts) I was thinking how much better having the US edition of Predaking reissue in all plastic and sold as a boxset would be. It would at the very least be under $100 and would sell alot better than a expensive diecast set and it wouldn't be an unfaithful reissue since there was an all plastic version in 1986 Or maybe they could just do no giftset and the members sold separately? What are your thoughts?

(Couldn't think of where else to put this, mods pls move as necessary. EDIT- See the 8/15 update for the happy part!) So it looks like not one, but TWO sweet eBay buys I made recently have been lost in the mail or some damn thing. :argh I bought Cybertron Starscream, the red Voyager from the TRU 2-pack w/ Vector Prime, for about $21 shipped, complete and nice-looking. He was shipped USPS Priority on 7/7, supposedly. The seller has good feedback, so I have no reason to suspect trickery. It's almost a full month after shipping, and no sign of SS. The other was a near-complete G1 Blitzwing, w/ 2 weapons but no missiles, for another $21 or so shipped, USP…

What is a reissue? Although some remaining G1 stock were sold in the later years as mail-away exclusives, they are not widely considered by collectors to be reissues as they are exactly the same toys, only sold in plastic bags instead of their original boxes. "Reissue" is defined as: + Classic reissue series by Hasbro circa 1990-1991. Classic G1 reissue Transformers have different copyright stamps and some of them also lack rub signs and had their rub sign indents removed (e.g. Classic Throttlebots) + All Takara reissues since June 2000 until current. + All Hasbro reissues since 2001 until current (or whenever it was when the Hasbro reissue line folded) + All Hasbr…

Well this is the reason why I bought Revoltech Prime (see pic), as I can see it looks to be based on Pat Lee's artwork, and a hyper posable Prime and Megatron will look nice under the Masterpiece versions. One thing I will say I'm definately going to do is get a hacksaw to that tin of beans he seems to have on the bottom of his back barrel, as it just looks plain damn odd on there (maybe it's just me). I know what it's supposed to be but if you're going to have a transform hinge at least have it connected to something, not floating in space. That is unless it is a tin of beans, and he uses it to power that damn cool looking cannon on his arm, in which case that ma…

So I am picking up Animated a lot now, because I'm just starting to become enamored with this line, and have stumbled on Starscream and Skywarp. I was ONLY going to get one not thinking too much of them and after getting Animated Starscream, which I think is FANTASTIC despite how easy he was to transform and the lose leg joint, I quickly had to go back and get Skywarp...leg popping off and all. Lol! I was really impressed with the overall design and who could argue with the nod to Robotech/Maccross? But then in looking closely to the Voyager styled jets and the deluxe size of the Autobots from Classics/Universe/Generations and I believe that they are a perfect matc…
