My first post on this forum :O Been reading a lot, but only just decided to join up =S Anyway, Soundwave has always been my favourite and most cherished Transformer, but for a long time all I ever see is old animated pictures of him - nothing new or fresh, and so, I've decided to try giving him a fresher look. I'm trying to flesh out my characters from Seibertron.com's Heavy Metal War game, and I decided that I would like to Photoshop some MTMTE styled pages to do that. However, I'm having the hardest time finding ANY kind of line art that I can use. Most of what I am finding is the small package art in photographs. Anything would be appreciated! Hello again everyone, As some of you may know, I’ve been working on making an animated version of the Transformers comic “The War Within.†So far I’ve shown two rough cuts of an opening sequence to show what I had in mind. These rough cuts were mostly a learning curve as I tried to figure out what software programs would work best for me and what the programs themselves can actually do. Now I’ve finished my third demo, and I think most of you will agree that it’s a vast improvement. Well, its not the best intro to my comic, but I figured I'd go ahead and post about it since I've been able to keep up for *gasp* three weeks now, after my various hiatuses last year. All hand drawn, but computer inked, lettered, and colored. Normally you can see it here, but Comic Genesis is being flaky if not downright down today. Well for the movie release i was planning to create an Optimus Prime costume; however i might get lazy and simply make a chest piece and wear the Voice Changer helmet that's widely available; I'll be posting here with updates and progress on the suit as I progress. Push comes to shove I'll complete a full costume for Halloween and wear it then. UPDATES: 6/24 ~ So i sat down and drew out a sketch of what I thought a functional costume would look like; after some further thinking I scratched that idea in favor of working this out on Photoshop (to an extent). well you asked for it and we gave you a drawoff hurra after this test run if it gets a good response on the first of each month a chalenge will be set to draw what ever is set. the dead line will be at the end of the 3rd week so plenty of time. as for judging and crits their will be some but fear not this is just for fun and skill level will be held into account so don't think that your out before its even begun as for prizes... none (im cheap :thumb ) but i will ad it to our myspace page for the world to see. as for medium im not fussed go for pencils, crayola, CGI hell why not clay as well i don't mind so its the 15th today so this first one will last till t…
