Reviews

So, I decided to try my hand at reviewing. Hopefully, it's not too bad. I've always been partial to the text-based reviews, so here goes: REVIEW: BATTLE BLADE BUMBLEBEE Man. Just when you think ‘I’m DONE buying repaints/retools of certain TF characters who have been done to death and beyond.’ Battle Blade Bumblebee is one such figure. A remold based off the classic Bayverse Bumblebee Camaro Concept DLX and Human Alliance figures, BB ‘Bee seems set to take the Bayverse into previously uncharted territory: A Bayverse mold with TFA/Generations level of articulation and playability with the high level of detailed sculpting that is to be expected of any Bayverse-i…

REVIEW: TF GENERATIONS DLX “DARKMOUNT (STRAXUS)” This review will cover the TF Generations Deluxe figure labeled as ‘Darkmount’ whom we all know to be Straxus, the Lord High Governer of Polyhex and indiscrimate dispenser of both death and really cool lines. ‘Mercy is not dispensed here fools…only DEATH!!!’ IMO, this is one of the single best DLX figures I have ever seen. TFA set the previous standard for me, with really no letdowns whatsoever outside of DLX Lockdown and Earth Mode Ratchet (which is criminal—CRIMINAL—seeing how unbelievably cool the Cybertron mode TFA Ratchet mold is), but the Generations figures are absolutely kicking ass. I picked Straxus up…

I've heard a lot about how this toy sucks, one of the worst Alts infact. LIES!!!! He's awesome! Has a few issues but still awesome! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONgET-k8GvU

So the game is, grab a deluxe toy or bigger, do a review showing full transformation in 2 minutes. Easy for some, difficult for others.

So I thought I'd have another go at this 2 minute thing...it's difficult to find suitable toys. Wanted to get this done so I can feel better about doing a full length review later in the week! Enjoy!

First thing, he looks amazing! The colours, the sculpt, the detail, awesome! Second thing....DON'T TOUCH HIM!!! Once you have Banzaitron in hand things start to fall apart, from his back heavy ways to his utterly hollow, unconnected chest and arms. Anyway, enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xClQ08JIJmA
