Just wondering if Energon Galvatron has appeared on the series yet. If so can some one explain how or give me some guesses.

He was still Megatron during yesterday's marathon, so I guess Galvatron hasn't shown up yet.

In the preview of episode 34 I had the idea he still had his 'Megatron' colors so I think it might take a while.

He is Galvatron...Megatron died in Micron Legend.

 

As for Galvatron colors...well...he's Galvatron and he's white and blue.

 

If you're asking about that purple nightmare, he'll debut in a few weeks on Superlink...which means you'll maybe see him next year on Energon, poorly dubbed and not having a coherent purpose.

 

It's also worth noting that the Energon Galvatron figure won't be in the show...but Superlink's will...The two paintjobs are so drastically different, I don't even consider Energon Galvatron to be the same toy as Superlink General Galvatron.

Stupid galvatron, I wish he wouldn't make an appearence. I liek megs way better.

Then you haven't compared them....

Okay, in terms of colours, the crown is different, the plane's nose cone is different, the tank is different...if any of these actually bother me, it's the crown. Looks like the anime will need some time to convince me to like the Takara version. Anyway, I look forward to Galvatron G in action.

Aside from the fact that there isn't a shared color between the two paint jobs, its really not how diffefernt they are, they are complete opposites. The two different paint schemes are almost polar opposites of the originals, (grey/black, blue, pink, green/orange).

Energon one just seems to be more detailed/has more color choices, off the top of my head here's what I can think of:

 

-Tank is white/silver

-Chest section has is not completely read and the abs are defined

-Crown is black as opposed to silver

-Arms/shoulders are purple rather than black

-Orange rather than amber

-Purple's a dif shade

 

Energon's is show inacc, but its not that innacc that it can't be used as a decent representation of the show character, now something like Arm TW was a dif story...
