Lately, I've had a lot of the Throttlebots on my mind. Chase, Freeway, Rollbar, Goldbug, Searchlight and Wide Load. They were always portrayed as a bunch of likeable, if ragtag misfits, and it's a shame more was not done with them(to add to the most undignified end that they got).

 

I then took a trip to town, and I saw a bunch of Activators Bumblebees laying around. Basic sized...could be fun.

 

Then it hit me. What if someone repainted six of those into what amounts to Animated Throttlebots? He has the right posture to pass for one, after all...

 

That's why I'm contacting you, reader. If you have any digibashing skill, I'd like to see what ActiBee would look like in the Throttlebots' colours(maybe with their heads too, if I can find a proper picture).

No digibashes here, but I'm glad you thought of it too. I was looking at Highway(?) Patrol Activators Bumblebee, and started to think "Y'know, with that mostly white, he could be kitbashed into Searchlight." :thumb

...a slight update.

 

For those who think it easier to do instead, I have two alternate molds to suggest: either Classics Bee or Animated Bee(Deluxe). Either make for nice Throttlebots in any regard. :)

Yesterday, at work, I was thinking...I've got a lot of this idea on my mind, you see. Then, something hit me. This particular mold could be used to create sets of Animated Spy Changers.

 

In due time, I suppose I'll give doing so a try...

An update.

 

Despite the fact that, quite literally, nobody seems to care either way, I'm going to go through with the Animated Spychangers project. Of course, my SECOND project will be finding a working webcam and using it to take the needed pictures, but hey.
