Why does it take so long for Transformers to be released? I mean we don't have all the time in the world to wait you know. For example Binal- Tech Tracks. They knew that we were not going to be happy with yellow, so they waited until September to release the yellow version when it was slated for June. Why not have the blue one already. But no we gotta wait till December before the binal-tech one comes out. Why? why not have it relesed tommorow? And don't even let me get on Hasbro, they are at an all time low with me. I can not believe them, they have caused the death of a collector. I can't do this any more and yes it is that serious. Please fans let me know, help me understand this problem before I go! Takara tfs have reliese DATES(like cds or movies) not vaighe statements like fall or Holidays that HasbroHasbroHasbroHasbroHasbro gives out.

Frankly put, do not rely on Hasbro. Why? Because the toy industry is on an all time low, they suffer from their many branshes to the point that all do not sell well. It becomes harder and harder to produce and deliver items as promiced. Takara has less trouble there as they produce far less various items and in lesser numbers as their market is limited to Japan. Even the china sales they give out hands as far as I understand it.

Sometimes the answer is as simple as sitting back and waiting for retailers to clear out current stock before they're willing to order new stock.

You also have to realize that these things, don't, yanno.. grow on trees. They're manurfactured Product. They have to be made, in a factory, that makes lots of other things too. There's what, about, say...20 TF molds actually in production at any time (considering Wave case arrangment, upcoming product, etc.. that's just an estimate though). And that's just counting TFs. What about other stuff that factory makes? There's time constraints on workers, production lines, mold availablity (i.e. Tracks-- He was just being run for BT Yellow-- gotta finish that run before you move to something else)... then the packaging has to be printed and made, and then they actually have to be checked for defects and QC, and packaged... They don't pop out finished, boxed, and in stores overnight.

Yeah, they just don't appear like magic, ya' know. Be patient, they WILL eventually come out, and if you can't wait for new ones, then go blow your money on the older ones that you don't have from G1. They are worth more anyhow. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and watch for them to come out.

yeah, it's easy to forget that we (the fandom) thanks to this magnificent invention of Al Gore's (namely the internet) are able to see this stuff MONTHS before scheduled release dates... it isn't that they are taking so long to come out, its that you are seeing them way before normal consumers do.

wait a minute.. we all know they "dont grow on trees" but your talking about Manufacturing companies that have done this for years... they know how to save time, produce multiple product, vary packaging...etc. etc... Hasbro just doesnt seem to get there act together... look at all the last minute changes/corrections and just plain stupid choices they make... they delay product, ruin story lines and put out crappy shows.. and to make matters worse.. it seems they dont even fight to be the best..whats with the 5 am cartoon...( the main way to promote your product) - they cant think they can just slap a Transformers logo on something and magically everyone will buy it.. I mean where is there marketing plan and why do most choices seem rushed and misplaced...
