Hola:

I have Raideen and Landcross KOs. The former is made off very good plastic, while the later... well, I keep it on the box because its slagging hard to even keep together. :tfmad Funny thing is that the box has the original artwork including the Victory battle Poster on the back.

I also have a Devastator and Defensor KOs and both are made of very good pastic. Defensor has some pieces that gives alot to be desired (Groove's rear wheel won't split and Blades have four winged rotor). Other than that is OK. Devastator is my favorite because it looks almost 100% like the original in matter of color scheme and it comes with the individual component weapons (unlike the Protectobots) and the spring on the fist launchers are powerful enough to launch fists to a great distance! :thumb Sometimes is hard to pose/keep assembled but those are minor details.

I also have Double Targetmaster Quake and other KO (mostly from other lines) and most of them have good quality. But do not make a purchase base dont his. So far I have been lucky but KOs are not known for quality.

get mm reissue Landcross and put on KO Landcross's stickers

Nearly all of my combiners (Devestator, superion, and umm, i think defensor) are KO. They're good for what i payed ($3 a set baby!). But if you want to buy a KO, go for it, they're super cheap.

Wal-Mart had a bunch of KO Superions & Defensors in Easter Baskets. Anyone else see these things?

Why does everyone keep saying it's a crap shoot for the quality of KO's? It's real simple. The ones in the boxes that are not english ( with things like SES-BOT on thtem ) are pretty good quality while the one with English boxes suck royally. I suggest KO's as long as you go to ebay and get the foreign boxes. They are really good for the money. Stay away from the English boxes and you'll be fine.

I believe:

Devestator, Superion, Mensor, Defensor, Terrorcon, Bruticus(I didn't see any technobot yet)

I bought KO Defensor because I lose the under pant for my legit Defensor.

Oversized Bruticus really rocks.

I also see KO 6liners, 6wings, 6turbo, 6builders.(some are oversized)

I also bought oversized Star Saber, Precepticon, Skyboom shield, Requirm Blaster and they are real fun with unicorn.

80's knock-off's = die-cast parts, in some cases quality rivals the originals

modern knock-off's = no die-cast and horrible weak plastic

Not necessarily. My KO Superion was crap and it said SES-Bot or something on it.
